Hartford is the capital of the U.S. state of Connecticut and is home to a Reentry Welcome Center run by Community Partners in Action with support from dozens of community-based organizations and is funded by a three-year, $450,000 Innovation Grant from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. The Reentry Welcome Center is a place where individuals returning home from incarceration can feel welcome and receive support.
